Welcome to Lisa Jones Studio
Lisa began hand printing her own greetings cards back in 2000 with no specific business plan, but a strong eye for good design. Selling via open studio events and a few discerning boutiques, she soon built up an enviable stockist list and garnered numerous commissions. Although there are now over 100 designs in production, the core collection is still entirely printed and finished by hand.
Additionally, there is also a recycled range of cards & wraps, applying a similar design ethos, but finding an ethical route to slightly larger production process. For fuller specifications on all materials and methods, please see individual product descriptions.
Aside from the giants of mid-20th century design illustration (e.g. Rand, Bass, Eksell, Munari et al), her influences range from Scandinavian ceramics through to the bold textiles of the 1970s and the colourful neon kitsch of the 80s.
Disclaimer
While every effort has been made to accurately depict all styles available and apply strict quality controls, the card’s status as craft object means they are sometimes susceptible to difference. Often ink may be mixed to a marginally different hue, while nuanced variants may occur in appliqués and alignments. These are wholly desirable qualities and evidence only of the artisan methods involved. However, if you require rigorous, unswerving uniformity, these products may not be your favourites.

Shipping worldwide is:
£9.99 & below = £0.50
£10.00—£24.99 = £1.00
£25.00—£74.99 = £3.00
£75.00—£149.99 = £5.00
£150.00 upward = £10.00
Insured, tracked or expedited packages can be shipped at additional cost by prior arrangement.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all electronic payments via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account; it’s easy to set up.
Cheque payments are accepted too,UK only, please note down required items in an email or list details & enclose with cheque.

Please also be aware that cheques take around 5 days to clear & goods are not dispatched until payments are fully transferred.
Additionally, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears funds (this usually this takes 4-6 days).
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
Goods usually ship within 4 business days of order... usually sooner!. If, in unforeseen circumstances, this is not possible, you will be notified immediately.
Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed along with estimated delivery dates.
Please note whilst industrial action takes place your goods may take longer to arrive...
What is Your Return/Refund Policy?
i. Returns
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of goods in new or saleable condition, returned within two weeks of shipment receipt. We do not refund shipping costs.
Should you wish to return goods please notify us in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of shipment receipt.
We suggest that items are returned with appropriate tracking & insurance; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.
ii. Damaged items
If any item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and keep the item and packaging used.
A replacement will be dispatched once we have either received the damaged item or further advice from the carrier.
Please wait for instructions before returning the item.
iii. Delayed items
If your item does not arrive within 7 days of receipt of your dispatch notification email, please contact us in order that we can assess the situation.
How secure is this store?
